Booking and Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 28 April 2025 Company Name: EcoPaw Waste Disposal Booking Customers may schedule services on a one-time, weekly, monthly or custom basis. Bookings can be made through 786-614-5451 / www.ecopawstampa.com. First-time customers may require a brief consultation or initial cleanup at an additional cost if waste accumulation is excessive. Service day and time windows are provided but may vary slightly depending on weather, traffic, or route adjustments. Access It is the customer's responsibility to ensure unlocked gates, safe access, and secured pets on service days. If our technician cannot access the property, the visit will still be billed (see Missed Visits). Cancellations and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a service, customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled visit. Notice can be given by contacting Ecopaws Waste Diposal. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $ 15. Missed Visits If a visit is missed due to customer-caused access issues (locked gates, aggressive animals, blocked entry), the customer will still be charged the regular service fee. Our technician will leave a notice (physical or electronic) if access was not possible. Service Holds Customers may request a temporary hold on services (for vacations, etc.) with at least 7 days' notice. Holds can be placed for up to [30/60/90] days without losing the regular service schedule. Refunds No refunds will be issued for missed services due to customer access issues. Refunds or credits will be offered if EcoPaw Waste Disposal fails to complete a scheduled visit due to our error. Weather Policy Services continue in most weather conditions. However, extreme weather (heavy snow, severe storms, dangerous temperatures) may result in service delays or rescheduling at no additional cost to the customer. Changes to Policy EcoPaw Waste Disposal reserves the right to update this Booking and Cancellation Policy with [7 / 14] days’ written notice to customers.
